გაყიდვისა და ნივთის დაბრუნების პოლიტიკა

ნებისმიერ მომხმარებელს საიტის საშუალებით შეუძლია ნაკეთობის ყიდვა რეგისტრაციის შემთხვევაში.

რეგისტრაციისას მითითებული მონაცემები წარმოადგენს ნაკეთობის ნასყიდობის ხელშეკრულების ხელშემკვრელი მხარის მაიდენტიფიცირებელ მონაცემებს და ნებისმიერი შემდგომი კომუნიკაცია, პრეტენზია, მოთხოვნა, საჩივარი განიხილება მხოლოდ ამ მონაცემების მეშვეობით.

თითოეული ნაკეთობის ფოტომასალა განთავსებულია საიტზე ნაკეთობის აღწერასთან ერთად. მარილისი პასუხს აგებს ნაკეთობის ნივთობრივი მდგომარეობის შესაბამისობაზე აღწერასა და ფოტომასალასთან.

გაყიდული პროდუქცია უკან არ ბრუნდება/იცვლება გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როდესაც პროდუქტს ჰქონდა ქარხნული წუნი შესყიდვის მომენტში და მყიდველს არშეეძლო ამ წუნის აღმოჩენა. ქარხნული წუნის არსებობის შემთხვევაში მყიდველი ვალდებულია მოითხოვოს დაბრუნება/გადაცვლა შეძენიდან 2 კვირის ვადაში.

დასაბრუნებელ/გადასაცვლელ პროდუქტს თან უნდა ახლდეს ორიგინალი შეფუთვა და გაყიდვის დამადასტურებელი დოკუმენტი. იმ შემთხვევაში თუ პროდუქტისგადაცვლა ხდება უფრო მეტი ღირებულების პროდუქტში, ფასთა შორის სხვაობა ანაზღაურებულ უნდა იქნეს მყიდველის მიერ.

პროდუქტის დაბრუნების შემთხვევაში გამყიდველი აუნაზღაურებს მყიდველს პროდუქტის ღირებულებას ნაღდი ან უნაღდო ანგარიშსწორების გზით მყიდველისმიერ პროდუქტის დაბრუნების შესახებ მოთხოვნის წაყენებიდან 10 (ათი) სამუშაო დღის ვადაში.

მარილისი უფლებამოსილია უარი განაცხადოს ნივთის უკან დაბრუნებაზე თუ მომხმარებლის მიერ არ არის დაცული მარილისის მიერ ნივთის უკან დაბრუნებისთვის განსაზღვრული წესები.

უკან დასაბრუნებელი ნივთი ექვემდებარება სავალდებული ექსპერტიზას დამოუკიდებელ ექსპერტის მიერ, რომლითაც უნდა დადგინდეს ნივთის ფაქტობრივი მდგომარეობა.

ექსპერტი ან ექსპერტიზის ბიურო უნდა შეირჩეს მარილისის თანხმობით.

ექსპერტიზის დასკვნა ეგზავნება მარილისს, რომელიც თავის მხრივ გამოსცეს აქტს ნივთის დაბრუნების ან ნივთის დაბრუნებაზე უარის შესახებ.

ნივთის დაბრუნების შემთხვევაში მომხმარებელს დაუბრუნდება გადახდილი თანხა ნივთის დაბრუნებიდან 2 კვირის ვადაში.

Sales and Return Policy

Any customer may purchase products through the website after completing registration.

The information provided during registration serves as the identifying data of the party entering into the purchase agreement. Any subsequent communication, claim, request, complaint, or dispute will be processed solely on the basis of these registered details.

Photographs of each product are displayed on the website together with the product description. Marilisi is responsible for ensuring that the physical characteristics of the product correspond to its description and photographs.

Sold products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product had a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase that could not reasonably have been detected by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer must request a return or exchange within two weeks of the purchase date.

Any product submitted for return or exchange must be accompanied by its original packaging and proof of purchase. If the product is exchanged for another product of higher value, the buyer must pay the price difference.

In the event of a return, the seller will reimburse the buyer for the value of the product by cash or non-cash payment within 10 (ten) business days from the date the buyer submits the return request.

Marilisi reserves the right to refuse a return if the customer has not complied with the return procedures established by Marilisi.

Any item submitted for return is subject to a mandatory inspection by an independent expert to determine its actual condition.

The expert or expert examination bureau must be selected with Marilisi’s consent.

The expert report shall be submitted to Marilisi, which will then issue an official decision either approving the return or rejecting the return request.

If the return is approved, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid within two weeks from the date the item is returned.
